What is the history behind Park Pacific?

Park Pacific was previously home to the Missouri Pacific Railroad from 1926 until 2002. In 2002, the Missouri Pacific Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Later in 2011, it became home to Park Pacific Apartments, filled with 1920’s Art Deco designs and an exquisite top floor amenities lounge.

How do I schedule a private tour of the apartments at Park Pacific?

How do I reserve my apartment?

  1. Contact your leasing agent to process your application
  2. Sign your reservation agreement and schedule your key pick-up and move-in date
  3. Keys may only be picked up Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm
  4. Pay your apartment deposit on your key pick-up date and complete your apartment inspection
  5. Move-in! Reserve your move in elevator and loading zone!

What is included with each apartment?

  • Each apartment includes; the monthly water, sewer, trash & recycling services, and an AT&T U-Verse Cable TV and Internet package.
  • Our parking garage is on Olive St. and each resident has either Open or Reserved Parking. Reserved spaces are available for $30.00/month per space.

What is the lease term available?

We have flexible lease options based on availability up to a 24 month lease. Please let us know how we can accommodate you!

Is Park Pacific pet friendly?

  • We love pets! Our policy is for cats and dogs only. You can have up to two pets per apartment.
  • You can find two pet friendly parks right across the street from Park Pacific and a garage rooftop pet walk! We provide pet waste bags and clean up supplies!
  • The 5th and 9th floor have PET-FREE apartments based on availability
  • Pet Deposit required for move in
  • Pet Rent is $25.00 (per pet) per month.

How do you handle maintenance issues in my new apartment?

Park Pacific has an ON-SITE maintenance team to handle anything that may need to be addressed during your stay with us. We use an online system to register and manage all requests!

How do I contact management or the leasing team?

  • You may stop by our leasing office during normal business hours for questions or concerns. We are here to help you! You may also visit your resident website to send us your requests.

Do you have a doorman?

  • YES! We have a Doorman on duty 24/7.
  • Our Doorman is here to sign for any packages you receive if requested 24/7. We store your package until you arrive to sign it out.
  • Our Doorman is here to assist with visiting guests 24/7 so you don’t have to leave your apartment when guests arrive. Leave a memo with the doorman and they will be able to do the work for you!
  • Dry-clean items can be dropped off with our Doorman to be picked up by our selected dry-cleaning company! See the Park Pacific Doorman for details.

How do I pay my rent?

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
  • Online at rentpayment.com
  • Place your check or money order in the rent drop box located in the resident mailroom.
  • certified funds and check payments can be brought to the management office during business hours. 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Cash is not accepted
